The season will consist of 16 games to be played as follows:

Games are to be played within the time period allowed. At the completion of each game, the winner must post the results (team name and score) to the message board prior to the deadline (be sure to verify that your results have posted). If no results are submitted, the game is declared a 0-0 tie. (You may also e-mail the results to webdbd@aol.com as back-up).
If it appears that you can't make the deadline, you can request a 24 hour extension to get the game played. Extensions MUST be requested by e-mail (not in the message board) and only one 24 hour extension will be granted.
If you make a valid attempt to contact your opponent and get no response, you will be awarded a forfeit win and your opponent will get the forfeit loss (keep your e-mails). Two consecutive forfeit losses or three forfeit losses in a season may lead to forfeiture of your team. To resend a forfeit, you must e-mail your request to play the game to the commissioner and receive approval. DO NOT PLAY a forfeited game if you have not received approval or you may not get credit for it.
The No Huddle option can be used in either of these two situations:

On-side kicks can only be executed if you are losing by at least one point.
Players can not be moved to other positions...you may substitute like positions only (i.e., QB for QB, TE for TE, etc).
Any rules violations must be reported to the commissioner immediately. Failure to abide by any of the listed rules will be considered cheating.
All times posted are PST.
No trading teams at any time.
At the conclusion of the season, the top teams (based on the number of teams playing) will continue to the playoffs and finally to the Super Bowl.
The playoffs will consist of 4 teams from each conference as follows:

HOME FIELD will be determined by playoff position.
The message board is for communicating between managers and sending messages to the league. NO INAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE is to be used in the chat room at any time! Messages will stay in the chat room for at least 48 hours before being deleted.
